Questions we get most.

Why not just buy the hardware and run this ourselves?

You could. But the hardware is the easy part. The work is everything around it: Spanish import and compliance, payment pre-authorization, refunds and bank reconciliation, bilingual on-site support, deployment logistics, and station rebalancing during the event. That is where most organizers want help. How that work is shared, and how the revenue is split, is set out in each proposal.

Who runs the operations?

We help with delivery, installation and on-site monitoring during the event, including rebalancing stations, with the scope set out in your proposal. Support runs on WhatsApp in Spanish and English.

What if a guest loses a battery?

If an attendee loses a battery, the attendee pays for it, and your team never has to worry about it.

What languages do you support on site?

Our on-site team operates in Spanish and English, and WhatsApp support runs in both languages throughout the event.

Which phones can guests charge?

Almost any phone. Every power bank has two built-in cables, USB-C and Lightning, and charges at up to 20 W. Stations and power banks are CE marked, meet the UN38.3 transport standard and are registered in Spain's RII-AEE register: the certifications operations and insurance teams ask for.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests tap a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, take a charged bank, and return it to any station on site. No download, no signup, no account, nothing standing between them and a charge.

How long does install take?

We arrive ahead of gates, deliver and connect every station before the event opens, and lead a quick walkthrough with your production team. Typical installs are completed in a single day on site.

How much does it cost the festival/venue?

The commercial setup, including installation, maintenance and support, is defined in each proposal, and venues share in the rental revenue. The exact structure (hourly, day-pass, or a custom mix) depends on your audience and event length, so we walk through the right setup and your numbers together on a 20-minute call.
