2.1 Purpose. masbattery.com provides information about Mas Battery's mobile power and lighting rental services for venues, events, and operators across Europe, and allows venue operators and partners to contact us.

2.2 Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, the "Mas Battery" name and wordmark, photographs, the underlying selection and arrangement, and any downloadable materials — is owned by Exlora Group Limited or its licensors. You may view content and download materials for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, framing, automated scraping, or use to train machine-learning models, requires our prior written consent.

2.3 Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site in violation of applicable law, to attempt unauthorized access, to introduce harmful code, or to scrape or extract content other than as expressly permitted.

2.4 No warranty / limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
