Why not just buy the hardware and run this ourselves?
You could. The hardware is the easy part. The work around it (Spanish import compliance, payment pre-authorisation, bilingual on-site support, deployment logistics, sponsor sales, refunds and bank reconciliation) is where most organizers want help. How that work is shared, and how the revenue is split, is set out in each proposal.
What if it rains?
Placement is something we work through with your production team in detail during the pre-event walkthrough. Stations sit under existing covered structures (entrances, stage wings, food courts) so they stay out of direct weather. The placement plan is agreed together before deployment, with the conditions and site map your team knows best in mind.
What languages do you support on site?
Our on-site team operates in español and english. WhatsApp support runs in both languages throughout the event.
Where has MasBattery worked?
We have had stations at Aqualandia and Terra Mítica in Benidorm since August 2026, and ran stations at the Love to Rock 2026 festival at La Marina de València on 2 and 3 October.
Which phones can guests charge?
Almost any phone. Every power bank has two built-in cables, USB-C and Lightning, and charges at up to 20 W. Stations and power banks are CE marked, meet the UN38.3 transport standard and are registered in Spain's RII-AEE register: the certifications operations and insurance teams ask for.
How long does install take?
We arrive ahead of gates, deliver and connect every station before the event opens, and lead a quick on-site walkthrough with your production team. The installation schedule is confirmed for each event.
What happens if a festival attendee loses a battery?
If an attendee loses a battery, the attendee pays for it, and your team never has to worry about it.
Do you work across Spain?
Yes. We are based in the Comunitat Valenciana and install at festivals and events across Spain. Logistics and set-up are set out in your proposal.
