Do I need an app?
No. Tap a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, take a charged bank, and return it to any station on site. No download, no signup, no account — nothing standing between them and a charge.
Where can I return the bank?
At any Mas Battery station on site. Drop the depleted bank into an empty slot — once it's returned, the transaction settles on your card.
What if I return late, or forget to return the bank?
When you take a bank, a hold is placed on your card. Return it to any Mas Battery station before festival end and you're only charged for what you used — nothing more. If the bank doesn't come back by the time the festival closes, a replacement fee is charged and the bank is yours to keep.
What if my bank doesn't charge?
Bring it back to any station and grab another one. If something looks broken, our on-site team is a WhatsApp away.
Is it safe on my phone?
Our banks deliver standard voltage through certified cables. CE and UN38.3 certified — the same safety standard your at-home charger meets.
What cables come with the bank?
Every bank ships with cables for iPhone, USB-C, and micro-USB built in. No need to bring your own.
How does payment and the deposit work?
A deposit is held on your card when you take a battery. At the end, the difference is returned. If you don't return the battery, the full deposit is charged.
