MasBattery stations have been at a water park and a theme park on the Costa Blanca since August 2026, and at events in Spain, with new venues joining. Look for the MasBattery station at the busiest spots of the venue, such as entrances, information points and rest areas.

Why there is no app

When your phone is dead, you cannot download an app, create an account or scan a code. That is exactly when you need a power bank. MasBattery works with a contactless card or phone wallet only: tap, take a power bank and go.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the venue and is always shown on the station screen before you confirm, together with the daily maximum and the hold. When you tap, a temporary hold is placed on your card, not a charge. When you return the power bank, only the rental time is charged and the rest of the hold is released.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an app or an account?

No. No app, no registration and nothing to scan. The rental is linked to the card or phone wallet you pay with.

How much charge do I get?

Up to 1.5 charges, depending on the phone. On the largest models, about one full charge. Fast charging at up to 20 W through either cable.

Where do I return it?

At any MasBattery station. Push the power bank firmly into a free slot until it locks.

What if something goes wrong?

If you pay and no power bank comes out, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically. For anything else, use Help on the station screen, email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +34 614 025 417.

Which phones can I charge?

Every power bank has two built-in cables, USB-C and iPhone, so you do not need to bring your own.

Is the power bank safe?

Yes. Stations and power banks are CE marked, meet the UN38.3 transport standard and are registered with Spain's RII-AEE electronics register.

What if I do not return it?

If it is not returned within the period shown on the screen when you rent, the replacement cost shown there is charged and the power bank is yours to keep.
