How to rent a power bank.

  1. Looking for a charger?

    Never run out of battery.

    Phone at 2%? There's a charged power bank a few steps away.

  2. Look, there's a station

    The station is where you already are.

    No hunting for sockets or cables, no stress: the MasBattery station is right there in the venue.

  3. You tap your card

    Pay with your phone or card.

    Tap a contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the reader. No app, no registration.

  4. Out comes your battery

    A charged power bank in seconds.

    The station releases a power bank ready to use.

  5. Two cables, nothing to bring

    Two built-in cables: USB‑C and Lightning.

    One for USB‑C phones, one for Lightning iPhones. You don't need to carry anything.

  6. You carry on

    It charges while you carry on.

    Up to 1.5 charges depending on the phone, without being stuck next to a socket.

  7. Drop it back, done

    Return it at any MasBattery station.

    Push it into an empty slot. You only pay for the time you used.

Do I need an app?

No. Tap a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, take a charged power bank and return it to any station on site. No download, no signup, no account, nothing between you and a charge.

What if I return late, or forget to return the bank?

When you take a power bank, a hold is placed on your card. Return it to any MasBattery station and you are only charged for the time you used. If it is not returned within the period shown on the station screen, the replacement cost shown there is charged and the power bank is yours to keep.

Is it safe on my phone?

Our power banks deliver standard voltage through built-in cables and are CE and UN38.3 certified.

How does payment and the deposit work?

A temporary hold is placed on your card when you take a power bank. When you return it, only the rental price is charged and the rest of the hold is released.

Where can I return the bank?

At any MasBattery station on site. Push the power bank into an empty slot. Once it is returned, the transaction settles on your card.

What if my bank doesn't charge?

Bring it back to any station and grab another one. If something looks broken, our on-site team is a WhatsApp away.

What cables come with the bank?

Every power bank has two built-in cables, USB-C and iPhone, so you do not need to bring your own.
