A MasBattery station at a hotel reception

From first call to first rental

  1. 01

    Proposal

Tell us about your venue. We reply within one working day and prepare a proposal with the stations, their placement and the scope of our service.

  2. 02

    Installation

We deliver, install and connect the stations, typically in a single day, and show your team how it works.

  3. 03

    Guests charge

Guests tap a contactless card, take a power bank and return it at any station. We monitor and support from day one.

Who does what

Your part is small. Ours is the rest.

What your venue provides

A visible spot for each station, indoors or under cover, and one standard power socket per station. That is all. Your team no longer lends chargers, looks after phones or frees up a socket for a guest.

What MasBattery does

Installation, maintenance, technical support and everything to do with payments: holds, charges, refunds and receipts. The exact scope is set out in your proposal.

Installation day

We arrive at the agreed time, place and connect each station, test a rental on every one and walk your team through it. Typical installs are completed in a single day.

Support

Every station is monitored remotely. Your team and your guests reach us on WhatsApp in Spanish and English, and every station screen has a Help option.

Your monthly statement

Each month you receive a statement with the rentals per station and your share of the revenue, as set out in your proposal. Payouts go directly to your account.

If you want a change

Stations can move to a better spot as you learn where guests need them. If the service is not right for you, we remove the stations at no cost to your venue, as set out in your proposal.

FAQ

Questions venues ask before they start.

How much space does a station need?

The counter station measures 245 × 220 × 474 mm and sits on a bar, a counter or its own stand. The tower measures 205 × 58 × 40 cm and stands on the floor.

Do the stations need our Wi-Fi?

No. Each station has its own mobile data connection.

What does it cost the venue?

The commercial setup, including installation, maintenance and support, is defined in each proposal, and venues share in the rental revenue.

How much electricity does a station use?

A station runs on one standard socket. It uses most of its power while it recharges returned power banks. We include the figure for your station model in the proposal.

Who answers guests' questions about charges?

We do. The card statement shows MASBATTERY.COM, the charges page explains holds and refunds, and our support handles the rest, so your front desk does not have to.

How many stations do we need?

It depends on how guests move around your venue. Stations in more than one place work better than a single point: guests pick up near where they are and return near where they are going. We suggest the number and placement in the proposal.
