The power banks meet UN38.3, the UN test standard for shipping lithium batteries safely.
Registered with RII-AEE
Our equipment is registered in Spain's RII-AEE register of electrical and electronic equipment, which covers collection and recycling at the end of its life.
Indoors or under cover, by design
Stations are installed indoors or under cover, with a permanent power connection. The electronics stay in the shade, and the power bank is what travels with the guest.
Monitored remotely
Every station reports its status, so a fault or a full station shows up on our side and gets fixed quickly.
Payments handled for you
Guests pay by card at the station. Holds, charges, refunds and receipts are handled by MasBattery, never by your staff.

Questions about the equipment.
How much charge does a power bank give?
Up to 1.5 charges, depending on the phone. On the largest models, about one full charge. Fast charging at up to 20 W through either cable.
Where can the stations go?
Indoors or under cover, in a visible spot, with a standard power socket nearby. Reception, bars, lounges, guest services and entrances are the usual places.
Can the stations carry our brand?
Yes. Stations can carry your venue's or festival's brand, and the tower's screen can show your own messages.
Which phones does it work with?
Almost any phone. Every power bank has two built-in cables, USB-C and Lightning, so guests do not need to bring their own.
Do the stations need our Wi-Fi?
No. Each station has its own mobile data connection, so it works without your network.
Which station fits my venue?
The counter station suits bars, counters and smaller spaces. The tower suits lobbies and busy walkways. Many venues use both, so guests pick up near where they are and return near where they are going.
